Grover Glenn, LPC, LISAC, CPHQ, Organization & Employee Development Coordinator

Grover Glenn, a Southern Arizona native, is the Organization and Employee Development (OED) Coordinator at Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Southern Arizona. At JFCS, Grover handles a range of quality management, compliance, and other administrative responsibilities. His knowledge of analytic approaches has helped advanced JFCS’ ability to utilize meaningful performance measures.

Grover has a long-standing history of providing behavioral health services in Tucson. Before joining JFCS, his professional career included employment as a therapist, supervisor, and quality management professional. At Southern Arizona Mental Health Center, he was involved with inpatient and outpatient clinical services, clinical management, and quality management administration. Grover also served as Chief Quality Management Officer and Population Health Administrator for Pasadera Behavioral Health Network.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and Master’s degree in Counseling from Chapman University, Grover is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in Arizona. He also holds quality improvement credentials as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
