Mental health support is more crucial than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic. Issues related to social isolation, stress, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression are brought to the forefront and often require the assistance of a professional. JFCS is here to provide therapeutic support in-person, online, or by phone to anyone in Arizona who needs it.

We provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling services to people of all ages depending on the unique needs of each child, teen, adult, family, or older adult. We now have expanded evening & Saturday hours.

Our licensed, expert and compassionate therapists treat a variety of issues, including:

Our therapists offer a variety of evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR, CBT, Somatic, Systemic Family Therapy, Parent/Child Relationship Therapy, DBT skills, and play therapy.

JFCS is contracted with all three of the AHCCCS health plans to provide office-based counseling services to AHCCCS eligible children, adults, and families. JFCS also accepts traditional Medicare and has a self-pay option for individuals not eligible for state and federally funded insurance. Those who qualify may also received counseling free of charge.

JFCS therapists and other staff provide behavioral health care and social services to people of all faiths, age groups, and economic backgrounds, regardless of their ability to pay.
