Master Level Counselor for Holocaust Program

Under the supervision of the VP of Clinical Services, this individual will provide home-based direct therapeutic support services to survivors of the Holocaust.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

The clinical therapist will be responsible for performing psychotherapy services including assessment, treatment plan development, crisis and discharge planning as well as individual, group and family counseling.  The clinician is responsible for reviewing and signing all clinical documentation in a timely manner.  Will also act as a clinical consultant to the treatment team as indicated and will collaborate with outside agencies as required in delivering services.

Family Preservation Program Supervisor

The Family Preservation Program Supervisor will be primarily responsible for clinical and administrative oversight and management of the Family Preservation Program.  Must be able to respond in a manner that is clinically responsive to complex/multi-stressed families; TF-Cognitive Based Therapy experience/familiarity required.

Home-Based Family Support Worker

Working in partnership with the Team Lead, the Family Support Worker directly assists the family by providing support services to aid in the completion of non-therapeutic objectives listed in the family’s Service Plan (e.g. resource referral, parenting education, transportation, budgeting, etc.).  Must be able to respond in a manner that is clinically and culturally responsive to complex/multi-stressed families.

Home-Based Counselor Team Lead

Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Team Lead/Home-Based Counselor provides home-based direct therapeutic assessment, counseling and support to families to address therapeutic objectives listed on the family’s Service Plan; position works in partnership with Family Support Workers to deliver counseling and support services to families in their homes.  Must be able to respond in a manner that is clinically and culturally responsive to complex/multi-stressed families, using a TF-CBT approach.
