Durable Home Medical Equipment

All DME is new and is ordered for delivery to approved clients. Items we can provide include:

● Walkers
● Crutches and canes
● Home safety equipment
● Shower chairs
● Other home-use devices

We can quickly assess your eligibility and arrange for delivery.

Documents needed:

● photo ID,
● proof of income, and
● a health insurance information card if you have one. (AHCCCS members are pre-qualified.)

Please note: We do not have equipment on-site and we do not loan equipment through this program.
